W'eau winterizing liquid - 5 liters is a product designed to protect your pool during the winter months. It prevents algae growth and helps reduce limescale buildup on the pool edge. Here are the main features and directions for use for W'eau winterizing liquid:

**Why is winterizing liquid important?** During the winter months, pool water can be susceptible to algae growth and other unwanted changes. Winterizing liquid is designed to protect your pool and keep the water clear and clean until the next swimming season.

**Required amount of winterizing liquid:** The required amount of winterizing liquid depends on the size of your pool. Here are some guidelines for the recommended amount per winter, based on the size of your pool:

- 15m³ pool: 3 liters of winterizing liquid
- 30m³ pool: 6 liters of winterizing liquid
- 45m³ pool: 9 liters of winterizing liquid
- 60m³ pool: 12 liters of winterizing liquid
- 75m³ pool: 15 liters of winterizing liquid
- 90m³ pool: 18 liters of winterizing liquid

It is advisable to carry out the treatment twice per winter. So make sure you have enough winterizing liquid at home to carry out these treatments.

**Directions for use of winterizing liquid:**
1. Remove visible dirt from the pool.
2. Carry out a shock treatment with chlorine shock to properly disinfect the water. Wait 24 hours.
3. Add the recommended amount of winterizing liquid per 10m³ of pool water and distribute it evenly over the pool.
4. Halfway through the winter, add the recommended amount of winterizing liquid again per 15m³.

Contrary to what is stated on the packaging, it is not necessary to let the pool pump circulate after adding the liquid.

**Safety instructions:**
- Always add winterizing liquid to the water and never the other way around.
- Wear gloves when handling the liquid.
- Always store the packaging in a safe, dry and cool place, out of reach of children and pets.
- Always rinse an empty package thoroughly with pool water before throwing it away.
- Always read the safety instructions on the packaging and do not swim in the pool after adding the liquid.

**Features of winterizing liquid:**
- Supplied in liquid form for easy use.
- Approved for use in swimming pools.
- Suitable for use in swimming pools where other chemicals have previously been used, even from other brands.
- Also suitable for saltwater pools.
