Thanks to our years of experience and confidence in these blocks, we offer a lifetime guarantee!

Quick and easy to assemble

The great advantage of polystyrene blocks is that they are very lightweight yet super-strong. This makes them easy to handle and helps protect your back while building your plunge pool. The building blocks have a special rectangular shape and slide together very conveniently. You can compare them to Lego! Entry steps, standing ledges, and walls—you can build it all with these polystyrene building blocks. Once the entire frame is in place, you fill it with concrete, creating an extremely strong foundation for your plunge pool!

Extra sturdy thanks to high density

High-density blocks have a very high density. PS60 is of higher quality than standard building blocks and makes the high-density blocks even sturdier. In addition, the high-density polystyrene blocks have a hard outer layer. This combination makes the blocks exceptionally resistant to pressure and stress, and the risk of denting is very low. But that's not all! The high density also provides much better insulation. This makes it much easier to maintain the temperature of your plunge pool!

What is included in the standard package?

This basic package includes only the blocks and end caps for the walls of your plunge pool. Below you will find exactly what is delivered to your home.

• 40 High Density polystyrene building blocks PS60
• 32 polystyrene end caps PS60

Please note! A building block set alone is not enough. More is needed to build your dream plunge pool. Please inquire about the available options!

Building a swimming pool: in 10 steps

1. Determine the location and size
Choose a sunny spot with enough space around it (at least 1.5 meters on each side). Avoid trees nearby and make sure a power source is available. Then determine the dimensions of the swimming pool.

2. Dig the hole
Check if the subsoil is suitable and dig a hole that is approximately 1.5 meters wider than the swimming pool on all sides. This provides sufficient working space. You can do this yourself or outsource it.

3. Pour the concrete floor
Make sure the floor is completely level. Lay reinforcement and pour the concrete. You can have this done by a specialist for a faster and better result.

4. Build the swimming pool walls
After the floor has dried, build the walls with polystyrene blocks. Stack these light blocks and fill them with concrete later for a strong foundation.

5. Install the built-in parts
Mount skimmers, return inlets, and lighting. Make openings in the walls and click the parts into place. Ensure the correct position for proper operation.

6. Fill the blocks with concrete
Pour concrete into the polystyrene blocks using a hose. Do this slowly so that the concrete can harden evenly and the structure becomes solid.

7. Apply felt and hang the liner
First, lay floor and wall felt to protect against mold and wear. Then hang the swimming pool liner. It may initially seem too small, but it will shape itself well as you continue with the finishing.

8. Finish mounting the built-in parts and fill the pool
Fill the swimming pool with water up to just below the first built-in part. Only then carefully cut into the liner, starting with the lowest parts such as lighting. Proceed step by step upwards and finally mount the skimmers.

9. Lay the piping
Use flexible PVC for underground piping and rigid PVC for above-ground piping. Ensure a logical order when connecting the pipes to the technical installation.

10. Connect the swimming pool equipment
Install the pump and sand filter for basic operation. For extra comfort, you can also add a heat pump, UV filter, or dosing system. Check that everything is properly connected for clean and safe swimming water.

Ready? Then it's time for the first dive!
Then finish the details, such as the coping tiles, steps, handrails, and cover, and enjoy your own swimming pool.
