SPE-650 side mount sand filter 16m³ - W'eau

Swimming in your own backyard is the ideal way to cool off on a warm summer day. Unfortunately, keeping the pool water clean can be quite a chore and often requires some extra help. With a W’eau SPE-650 sand filter, you can keep your pool water clean and enjoy a truly refreshing swim every day! The W’eau SPE filter tanks are made of high-quality polyethylene (plastic) and are therefore very strong. This makes them highly resistant to weather conditions, high pressure, and heavy loads. You can use the W’eau SPE for above-ground and in-ground pools up to 64,000 liters. This sand filter thoroughly cleans your pool water thanks to its fine filtration of 25-30 microns.

Efficient filtration thanks to the side-mount The W’eau SPE sand filter is a side-mount filter. Unlike TPE sand filters (top-mount), the 6-way valve of a side-mount sand filter tank is not mounted on top, but on the side of the filter. The water is distributed more evenly over the entire sand bed in a side-mount sand filter, making filtration more efficient and effective. Furthermore, a sand filter with a side-mount connection is easier to maintain, partly thanks to the air vent and the transparent filter cover, which allows you to easily inspect the filter without opening it. Convenient!

With 6-way valve The W’eau SPE filter is equipped with a convenient 6-way valve. This means that this filter has the following 6 settings:

1. Filter; water flows from top to bottom through the filter tank (99% of the time).
2. Backwash; water flows from bottom to top through the filter tank to flush out the filter media (when you notice reduced filtration/flow).
3. Rinse; flush out dirty water after backwashing.
4. Close; all inlets and outlets are closed.
5. Waste; flush the pool water directly into the sewer.
6. Circulate; this is especially important when you have green water and want to treat it.
