Midi Sieve 300µm - AquaForte

The AquaForte Midi Sieve 300µm is the compact and reliable little brother of the popular UltraSieve III. Specially designed for pump capacities of up to approximately 12 m³/hour (MidiSieve) and 15 m³/hour (MidiSieve XL), this screen basket filter is the perfect solution for smaller ponds and water systems requiring optimal pre-filtration.

The Midi Sieve 300µm provides efficient mechanical pre-filtration using a durable 300 micron stainless steel screen basket, which effectively filters coarse and fine debris from the water. This prevents debris from stressing downstream filter systems and extends the lifespan and operational efficiency of, for example, bead filters or other pump-fed filters.

Thanks to the clever design with a long intake pipe, the water is drawn in just below the float, significantly reducing the risk of air intake. This contributes to stable operation of the pump system and prevents problems such as cavitation.

The Midi Sieve features an 110 mm inlet, a 2" pipe-pressure pump connection with a PVC fitting to 63 mm, and a 2" pipe-pressure waste connection with a sealing cap. The compact dimensions ensure easy integration into various filter systems, even when space is limited.

Key features:

• Screen size: 300 micron stainless steel screen basket

• Pump capacity: Up to approx. 12 m³/hour (MidiSieve) / 15 m³/hour (MidiSieve XL)

• Inlet: 110 mm diameter

• Pump connection: 2" pipe-pressure with PVC fitting to 63 mm

• Waste connection: 2" pipe-pressure with sealing cap (50 mm for XL)

• Benefits: Compact design, effective debris separation, prevents air intake

The AquaForte Midi Sieve 300µm is the ideal choice for anyone looking for reliable, compact, and efficient pre-filtration to optimize the operation of downstream filter systems and improve pond water quality.
