Colombo KH+ has been specially developed to increase the carbonate hardness (KH) of pond water. A good KH level is important for maintaining a stable pH level and contributes to a healthy biological balance in the pond.

With a volume of 15 liters, this package is suitable for treating a maximum of 105,000 liters of pond water, making it ideal for large ponds and professional use.

Why the KH level is important

Carbonate hardness (KH) acts as a buffer for the pH level of the pond water. When the KH level is too low, the pH can fluctuate significantly. This can cause stress in fish and negatively affect the operation of the biological filter system.

By maintaining the KH level, the water quality remains stable and sudden pH fluctuations are prevented.

Application

Use Colombo KH+ when a water test shows that the KH level is too low. Check the water parameters regularly and dose the product according to the recommended dosage on the packaging.
