JBL Symec VL Filter Floss 80x25x3cm - MaJa Koi

JBL SymecMicro is a fine microfleece for aquarium filters, specially developed to quickly and effectively remove micro-fine turbidity from the water. This filter material is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums and makes the water visibly clearer in a short time. Thanks to its extremely fine structure, it filters out even extremely small dirt particles, suspended algae, and other minuscule impurities from the aquarium water.

Good water quality is essential for a healthy aquarium. Residues of plants, food, and metabolic products can burden the water and deteriorate the living environment for fish and plants. JBL SymecMicro supports the filter system by capturing the smallest suspended particles as the final filter step. This contributes to a cleaner, clearer, and healthier aquarium.

The material is easy to use: cut the fleece slightly larger than the filter diameter and place it as the final filter layer in the filter. For optimal performance, it must be used in a single layer and removed again within 12 to at most 24 hours. This prevents clogging of the filter and keeps the water flow optimal. Because the microfibre fleece is made of water-neutral synthetic fibres, it is safe to use in the aquarium and does not release harmful substances into the water.
