Hikari Gold Medium is a high-quality fish food and koi food for daily use in the pond. This food is developed for pond enthusiasts who want to give their fish a complete daily basic diet, with extra attention to color development, condition and absorption. Hikari is known for its consistent quality and the use of carefully selected ingredients, making this food a reliable choice for koi and pond fish enthusiasts.

Daily food with a focus on growth, condition and color

Hikari Gold Medium 500 gr contains the daily vitamin C and other important nutrients needed to support fish in their growth, building up condition and developing a strong and vibrant color. This makes this food very suitable as daily food for pond fish that structurally need a balanced and functional diet.

Color-enhancing koi food for a vibrant appearance

Due to the color-enhancing properties, Hikari Gold Medium helps to better bring out the natural colors of koi and pond fish. This provides extra stimulation for your pond inhabitants and contributes to a well-groomed and representative appearance of the pond.

Soft floating medium pellet of 4.8 - 5.3 mm

The soft, floating pellet with a size of 4.8 - 5.3 mm is suitable for koi and pond fish that need a slightly larger pellet. Because the food keeps floating, you can well control the feeding behavior and better adjust the feeding. In addition, the food does not clump in the water, which improves absorption and helps to prevent unnecessary stress on the fish's body.

Less chance of water and filter pollution

An important practical advantage of Hikari Gold Medium koi food is that the composition and pellet shape contribute to better absorption and a smaller chance of leftover food in the pond. This also significantly reduces the chance of pollution of the water and your pond filter. That makes this food not only interesting for the fish, but also for a more stable and manageable pond environment.

Can be used from 15°C

Hikari Gold Medium can be used from a water temperature of 15°C. This makes this food well suited to the period in which koi and pond fish are more active and need a well-absorbable, daily food with extra focus on appearance and condition.
