CTP-5.000 pond pump - AquaForte

The CTP-5.000 has a maximum head height of 3.3 metres. This means the pump can be used not only for standard pond circulation but also, for example, to supply water to a higher-placed filter or a small stream.

As the head height increases, the actual water output decreases. Therefore, the maximum capacity of 5,000 l/h and the maximum head height of 3.3 metres cannot be achieved at the same time.

Power consumption of just 30 watts

With a power consumption of 30 watts, the AquaForte CTP-5.000 is designed for energy-efficient water circulation.

This is particularly advantageous for ponds where the pump is used for long periods or continuously. A relatively low power consumption can make a noticeable difference to the total energy costs of the pond installation when used over long periods.

Suitable for wet and dry installation

The AquaForte CTP-5.000 can be used fully submerged in the pond water. It can also be installed dry outside the pond.

In a dry installation, the pump must be placed below the water level so that water can flow into the pump by gravity. The CTP-5.000 is not self-priming and must not run without water.

The CTP-5.000 can handle debris up to approximately 6 mm. This allows small debris particles to be carried with the pond water and transported to a connected filter system.

The pump is surrounded by a spacious filter basket. This prevents larger debris from coming into direct contact with the rotor while also providing a large suction area.

The pump is equipped with a ceramic shaft. This material is wear-resistant and suitable for pumps used in water for extended periods.

For filter systems and water circulation

Always switch off the power supply before removing the pump from the water or opening it. Clean the filter basket and rotor when necessary and check that the rotor can spin freely.
