Filter Start 2.5L - Bactoplus

BactoPlus Filterstart 2.5L – powerful bacterial culture for a fast and stable pond start-up

BactoPlus Filterstart 2.5 liters is a highly concentrated bacterial culture specially developed for starting up and supporting pond filters. Thanks to the exceptionally high concentration of live bacteria, this product ensures a rapid build-up of a healthy biological balance.

Maximum effectiveness due to high bacterial concentration

BactoPlus is known for its very high concentration of active bacteria, resulting in a powerful and fast-acting product. This makes it particularly effective for both starting up and restoring the pond.

Speeds up the natural nitrification process

The bacteria in this product convert:

• Ammonia into nitrite
• Nitrite partially into nitrate

This process is essential for removing harmful substances and creating a safe living environment for fish.

Rapid improvement of water quality

With sufficient oxygen, the bacteria multiply rapidly, allowing ammonia and nitrite to be broken down quickly. This results in clearer water and a stable pond environment.

Ideal for start-up and restoration

BactoPlus Filterstart is perfect for:

• Starting up new ponds
• After filter cleaning or maintenance
• With water quality problems

This quickly reactivates the biological process.

Supports existing ponds

In existing ponds, this product also helps to maintain the biological balance and prevent fluctuations in water parameters.

Contributes to a healthy ecosystem

By stimulating beneficial bacteria, a stable and sustainable pond environment is created, in which fish and plants can function optimally.

Practical 2.5-liter packaging

The 2.5-liter packaging is suitable for larger ponds or intensive use and provides sufficient capacity for multiple treatments.
