Bacteria House 24 Pieces - Koi Pro

The Bacteria House 24-piece set from Koi Pro is a high-quality biological filter medium, specially developed for koi and pond filters where optimal water quality is essential. This filter material is made of extremely porous ceramic, creating a very large surface area for beneficial bacteria to attach to.

Thanks to its open structure, Bacteria House provides ideal conditions for both nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria. These bacteria play a crucial role in breaking down harmful substances such as ammonia and nitrite, and help maintain a stable biological balance in the pond. This results in clearer water, healthier fish, and a better-functioning filter system.

The set consists of 24 ceramic elements that can be easily placed in multi-chamber filters, bead filters, or trickle filters. Thanks to its durable composition, the material retains its effectiveness for a long time and requires only minimal cleaning, keeping the bacterial colony intact. This makes the product very easy to maintain and suitable for continuous use.

Bacteria House by Koi Pro is widely used in professional pond installations and by demanding hobbyists who expect maximum performance from their filter system. The product helps maintain stable water quality, reduces the load on the filter, and contributes to a healthy and balanced pond environment. A well-thought-out and future-proof choice for any koi or pond enthusiast who values quality and reliability.
