2x Filter Foam suitable for Fluval U4 - Maja Koi

This set consists of 2 durable filter foam cartridges, specially developed for use in the Fluval U4 internal filter. The foam cartridges are designed to efficiently perform the first step of the filtration process: trapping larger dirt particles, such as plant debris, food remains, and waste, before the water is further filtered.

The coarse foam also provides a large surface area for beneficial bacteria to establish themselves, which contributes to a stable biological balance in the aquarium. This not only removes visible dirt, but also supports the breakdown of harmful substances such as ammonia and nitrite.

The filter foam is easy to install in the Fluval U4 filter, easy to clean, and designed for long-term use. Regular cleaning under lukewarm aquarium water is recommended to preserve the bacterial cultures and maintain optimal filtration performance.

Suitable for use in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Ideal for aquarists looking for reliable and effective mechanical and biological filtration.
