Sustainable Nordic Pine wood
The Interline Java pool is made from class 4 Nordic Pine wood, specially selected for long-term outdoor use.
The wooden beams are first dried to a moisture content of 18% – 22%. Then they are treated with a class 4 vacuum-pressure impregnation, where the preservative is pressed deep into the wood under high pressure. This creates strong protection against moisture, fungi, and insects.
The impregnation is also chrome-free and environmentally friendly, and the wood has an FSC certification.
Strong construction and excellent insulation
The 45 mm thick wooden pool walls provide a robust construction and excellent thermal insulation. This keeps the pool water at temperature for longer.
The inside of the pool is finished with a high-quality pool liner with a thickness of 70/100, which forms a durable and watertight inner layer. To provide extra protection for the liner, a felt underlay is included, which can be placed between the wooden wall and the liner.
Stable construction and easy assembly
The Interline Java pool is assembled by stacking the wooden beams layer by layer. Thanks to the groove and spring connection, the beams fit together perfectly, ensuring a strong construction and optimal water pressure distribution.
The pool is supplied with PVC corner connections as standard, while galvanized steel corner connections are also available optionally for extra reinforcement. The end grain of the wooden beams is neatly finished for a sleek and tidy appearance.
With the help of the clear assembly instructions, the pool can be assembled in an organized manner.
